Tropical Hockey

Terms of Service.

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 2026

THE DEAL

Welcome to tropicalhockey.com, operated by Tropical Hockey (“we,” “us”). By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site — no hard feelings.

WHAT THIS SITE IS

Right now, this site is a preview: a place to sign up for updates ahead of our launch and, during the giveaway period, to enter our first-edition giveaway. We may change, pause, or retire any part of the site at any time.

SIGNING UP

When you sign up, give us an email address you actually control. One sign-up per person. We may remove entries that look automated, duplicated, or otherwise fishy. How we handle your email is covered in our Privacy Policy.

THE GIVEAWAY

The first-edition giveaway is free to enter — no purchase necessary — and is governed by the official Giveaway Rules posted on this site, which control if anything here conflicts with them. Void where prohibited.

OUR STUFF

The Tropical Hockey name, the “We make winter.” tagline, the Chirper mark, and all content on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don’t copy, imitate, or use them commercially without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing — telling no one, or everyone — is encouraged.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it for anything unlawful. That’s a two-minute minor at best.

NO WARRANTIES

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site won’t exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

CHANGES

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above tells you when they last changed; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
